3 Press Fixes

Justin Lascek of 70sBig discusses the press. I’m posting this for a number of reasons:

  1. Loads of you people could benefit from watching this entire video
  2. I mean, goal body, amirite?
  3. And at the end, where he presses, you see the form with which I strive to press. Minimal movement in the torso and hips, tight set-up, straight overhead, no lean. I have the video jumping to that point now, but if you want to watch the whole video, you should please do so. EDIT: Of course, there is body movement when you push your head through to be under the bar, and bring it back in order to bring the bar down
